Common use of Mandatory Meetings Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Meetings. The Superintendent may call mandatory employee meetings. All employees will be paid for attending. Employees will be expected to attend all mandatory meetings unless absent on one of the approved leaves. If make-up of a mandatory meeting is required, notice will be sent to all absent employees at least five (5) working days in advance of the makeup.
