Mandatory Assistance. 13.3.1 If a third party dispute or litigation, or both, arises out of, or relates in any way to, the Services provided under this Agreement, upon the City's request, Contractor, its agents, officers, and employees shall assist the City in resolving the dispute or litigation. Contractor's assistance to the City, hereinafter referred to as “Mandatory Assistance,” includes, but is not limited to, providing professional consultations, attending mediations, arbitrations, depositions, trials, and/or any event related to the dispute resolution and/or litigation.
