Managing Trustee. One of the Initial Trustees selected by the Trustees shall serve as Managing Trustee. The Managing Trustee shall coordinate and schedule meetings of the Trustees and shall manage administrative matters that come before the Trust.
Managing Trustee. At their first meeting, the initial Trustees shall designate one of their number to serve as the Managing Trustee of the Trust, with such administrative duties as the Trustees may determine. The Trustees may change the designation of the individual to serve as Managing Trustee from time to time as circumstances warrant. The Managing Trustee or, in the Managing Trustee’s absence, another Trustee selected by the Trustees shall preside at meetings of the Trustees. The Managing Trustee, or the Trustee presiding over such meeting, shall be responsible for taking meeting minutes at each meeting of the Trustees and for performing such other administrative duties and services as shall be assigned to or required of the Managing Trustee by the Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall maintain a list of current Trustees, including their addresses and contact information.
Managing Trustee. Managing Trustee. (a) Subject to the control and direction of the Trustees, the Managing Trustee, who shall be elected by the Trustees, shall have responsibility for the conduct of the affairs of the Trust; provided, however, that the Managing Trustee shall present at each meeting of the Trustees a report of the condition of the Trust and, in addition, report from time to time on such matters as he believes that the Trustees should be informed in keeping with the Trustees' overall responsibility for the affairs of the Trust. (b) The Managing Trustee may be a part-time or full-time officer, as the Trustees shall determine.
Managing Trustee. The Series B Holder is hereby appointed as the Managing Trustee of the Trust. Except as provided in Section 7.5 or otherwise as expressly provided herein, and subject to Sections 7.2 and 7.3 with respect to the matters described therein, the Managing Trustee shall conduct, direct and exercise control over all activities of the Trust and shall have full power and authority on behalf of the Trust to manage and administer the business and affairs of the Trust and to do or cause to be done any and all acts considered by the Managing Trustee to be necessary or appropriate to conduct the business of the Trust, including the authority to bind the Trust in making contracts and incurring obligations in the Trust's name in the course of the Trust's business, without obtaining the consent of the other Holders. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and subject to Section 7.5, the Managing Trustee's power and authority shall include the power and authority:
Managing Trustee. The day-today administration of the Trust shall be looked after by the Managing Trustee under the guidance, control and supervision of the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees shall nominate one amongst the trustees as specified in para (4) above to be the Managing Trustee, who shall hold office for such period, as may be decided by the Board of Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall perform all functions, discharge such duties as or specifically entrusted to him/her in writing by the Board of Trustees.
Managing Trustee. (i) The day-today administration of the Trust shall be looked after by the Managing Trustee under the guidance, control and supervision of the Board of Trustees.
Managing Trustee. In addition to discharging normal duties of a trustee, the Managing Trustee shall preside over meeting of the Board of Trustees. The Managing Trustee is authorized to sign all documents, including bank documents, acknowledgements for the contributions received, and agreements with individuals, Government Institutions and other organizations, on behalf of the Board of Trustees. The Managing Trustee shall have all the residuary powers, not explicitly assigned to any of the other officers in these presents. The Managing Trustee is authorized to sign along with another trustee bank cheques, deposit release vouchers etc. The Managing Trustee can delegate any of his/ her powers to any Trustee/ Trustees and would reserve the right to withdraw the same at any time. The Managing Trustee may grant additional roles, responsibilities and powers to any of the Trustees, from time to time, to carry out the aims and objectives of the trust.
