Managing Partner. A. The name, address and Capital Contribution of the Managing Partner are set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and are incorporated herein. The Managing Partner shall not be required to make any Capital Contribution except as set forth in Sections 3.1B, 3.4 and 8.2C.
