Common use of Managing Director Clause in Contracts

Managing Director. The Managing Director, if appointed, shall be a director of the Corporation, shall manage the operations of the Corporation generally, and may exercise such other powers and authority and shall perform such other duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Board. During the absence or disability of the Chairman of the Board and/or the President, or if no Chairman of the Board and/or President have been appointed, the Managing Director shall also have the power and duties of the Chairman of the Board and/or the President.
