MANAGING AGENT. 21.1 The Management Rules provide that the trustees must appoint an Estate Manager / Managing Agent for the Scheme to assist the trustees with the control, management and administration of the Scheme and to exercise such other powers and duties as may be entrusted to the Estate Manager / Managing Agent, including the power to collect Levies.
