Manager’s Criteria. This Agreement is based on the Manager’s Criteria set forth in this Section 1.1.
§ 1.1.1 The Manager’s program for the Project:

Manager’s Criteria. This Agreement is based on the Manager’s Criteria set forth in this Section 1.1.
§ 1.1.1 The Owner’s Manager’s program for the Project: «This is a turn-key Project. Remove and reseal and make watertight, all existing Skylight Glazing Trim, generally located above the Meeting Room Concourse/Ballroom pre-function areas, and above the Main Lobby. Remove, replace, and refinish all damaged materials.»
§ 1.1.2 The Owner’s Manager’s design requirements for the Project and related documentation: (Identify below, or in an attached exhibit, the documentation that contains the Owner’s Manager’s design requirements, including any performance specifications for the Project.) «All aspects of design & build, project management, supervision, procurement of materials and equipment, labor, all job-related incidental work, and the securing of all required permits, notifications, and/or inspections, including fees for such permits, notifications, and/or inspections, shall be the sole responsibility of the Design-Builder. The Design-Builder shall provide all engineering and design services necessary for the execution of this Project.»

2. Lobby to parking (2 escalators - Units 4 and 5)
3. Parking to 3rd Floor (2 escalators - Units 6 and 7)
4. 3rd Floor to 4th Floor (3 escalators – Units 8 ,9, 10)
5. 3rd Floor Ala Wai Concourse to Parking Level (1 escalator – Unit 11)
6. Parking Level to Intermediate Level (1 escalator – Unit 12) The escalators’ positioning will be as follows:
1. Lobby to parking (One pair)
2. Lobby to 3rd Floor (Triplet)
3. Parking to 3rd Floor (One pair)
4. 3rd Floor to 4th Floor (One pair and single)
5. Parking Level to Intermediate Level (Single)
6. 3rd Floor Ala Wai Concourse to Parking Level (Single)»
