MANAGERIAL ALLOWANCES. Managerial allowances as described in Schedule 4 have been increased from the date of approval of the new Agreement, and then annual increases on 14 April 2019 and April 2020.
MANAGERIAL ALLOWANCES. This clause explains the applicability of Managerial Allowances and increases thereto. There are new rates contained in Schedule 3.1 (with increases to Managerial Allowance from the first full pay period on or after 14 April 2021, 14 April 2022, 14 April 2023 and 14 April 2024).

Schedule 3.1 has also been updated to include provision for the Clinical Services Director Managerial Allowance, as per clause 4.3.2.5 of the Award. The rates for the Clinical Services Director Managerial Allowance will increase in line with the other levels of Managerial Allowance.
