Common use of Manager Compensation Clause in Contracts

Manager Compensation. Except as expressly provided in Section 6.4 hereof, Manager shall not be entitled to receive any fees for its services to the Company (or on behalf of the Subtier Entities) under this Agreement; provided, however, that the foregoing shall not apply to any fees payable to one or more Affiliates of the Manager that may serve as a Leasing Agent or the Property Manager for one ore more of the Properties to the extent permitted under the terms of this Agreement.
