Management Team. Borrower shall and shall cause its Subsidiaries to engage and continue to retain a professional management staff experienced in the telecommunications business, and shall engage and retain a Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial with comparable telecommunications experience as the Persons serving in such offices on the Closing Date and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
