Common use of Management Report Clause in Contracts

Management Report. Together with each delivery of Financial Statements of Borrower pursuant to SECTIONS 6.2(A)(II) and (B), Borrower will deliver a management report (1) describing the operations and financial condition of Holdings and its Subsidiaries for the Fiscal Month then ended and the portion of the current Fiscal Quarter then elapsed (or for the Fiscal Year then ended in the case of year-end financials) and (2) discussing the reasons for any significant variations. The information above shall be presented in reasonable detail and shall be certified by the chief financial officer of Holdings to the effect that such information fairly presents the results of operations and financial condition of Holdings Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the dates and for the periods indicated.

Management Report. Together with each delivery of Financial Statements of Borrower Holdings pursuant to SECTIONS 6.2(A)(IISections 7.2(b) and (Bc), Borrower will deliver a management report (1) describing the operations and financial condition of Holdings and its Subsidiaries for the Fiscal Month Quarter then ended and the portion of the current Fiscal Quarter Year then elapsed (or for the Fiscal Year then ended in the case of year-end financials) and (2) discussing the reasons for any significant variations. The information above shall be presented in reasonable detail and shall be certified by the chief financial officer of Holdings or Borrower to the effect that such information fairly presents the results of operations and financial condition of Holdings Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the dates and for the periods indicated.

The information above shall be presented in reasonable detail and shall be certified by the chief financial officer of Holdings Borrower Representative to the effect that such information fairly presents the results of operations and financial condition of Holdings Borrower and its Subsidiaries as at the dates and for the periods indicated.
