MANAGEMENT PLAN AND RESOURCE LIST Sample Clauses
The "Management Plan and Resource List" clause requires the parties to outline how a project or service will be managed and to specify the personnel, equipment, or other resources that will be dedicated to the work. Typically, this involves submitting a detailed plan that describes roles, responsibilities, timelines, and the qualifications of key team members, as well as an inventory of resources to be used. By formalizing these details, the clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of project execution and resource allocation, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or resource shortfalls during the project.
MANAGEMENT PLAN AND RESOURCE LIST. Within ten (10) days of Notice of Award, the Contractor shall provide a Management Plan and Resource List. The Management Plan and Resource list shall collectively show the Contractor’s capability to handle multiple concurrent projects under this contract, and shall include the following:
a. List of all services and equipment used to delivery fill dirt and natural sand.
b. List of all fill dirt and natural sand sources/pits they purchase materials from, including the name of the firm, city and state.
c. Resource List shall contain the minimum components for each work crew available for use on the Orange County projects under the contract.
d. Management Plan shall describe how the Contractor plans to utilize all available resources to fulfill the requirements of the contract. The Management Plan shall, at a minimum, include details on:
i. The Contractor’s approach to the independent management of the contract. This shall include their understanding of contract requirements and how multiple concurrent projects are handled.
ii. An organization chart showing a reporting hierarchy of staff and the key individuals responsible for the work. Subcontractors (if any) shall also be identified.
iii. If the Contractor has other contracts with the County, the Management Plan shall include the organization chart and resource listings for those contracts.
iv. Complete list of equipment to be dedicated to the contract with applicable vehicle identification numbers. Equipment intended to be used under this contract must be available for inspection at the request of the Stormwater Management Division.
v. Complete list of workers who will be dedicated to work under the contract. This list shall include project management, supervisory personnel, and list of workers. Emergency contacts shall be highlighted.
MANAGEMENT PLAN AND RESOURCE LIST. All Bidders, as part of their submittal, shall provide a detailed Management Plan and Resource List. The Resource List shall contain the minimum components for each work crew available for use on Orange County projects under this contract. The management plan shall describe how the contractor plans to utilize all available resources to fulfill the requirements of this contract. The management plan and resource list collectively shall assist in the evaluation of the Contractor's capability to handle multiple concurrent projects under this contract. Failure of a bidder to provide an acceptable Management Plan and Resource List may delay or prevent an award of this contract. The management plan shall include (at a minimum) details on: • The Bidder's approach to the independent management of the contract. This shall include their understanding of contract requirements and how multiple concurrent projects are to be handled. • An organization chart showing a reporting hierarchy of staff the key individuals responsible for the work. Subcontractors (if any) shall also be identified. • If the Bidder has other contracts with the County, the management plan shall include the organization chart and resource listings for those. contracts. • A complete list of equipment to be dedicated to the contract with applicable vehicle identification numbers. Equipment intended to be used under this contract must be available for inspection at the request of the Roads & Drainage Division. • A complete list of workers who will be dedicated to work under the contract. This list shall include project management, supervisory personnel, list of workers. Emergency contacts shall be highlighted. If sufficient resources are not available, the Bidder shall prove that they have the ability to obtain those additional resources to be able to provide services as required.
MANAGEMENT PLAN AND RESOURCE LIST. Within ten (10) days of notice of contract award, the Contract shall provide the County’s Representative the following:
1. Distribution of personnel showing a reporting hierarchy of staff. This distribution shall show the key individuals and their responsibilities in carrying out the scope of services included herein. This list shall include project management, supervisory personnel, list of workers. Emergency contacts shall be highlighted.
