Common use of Management Information Systems Clause in Contracts

Management Information Systems. (a) The Servicer will, so long as and to the extent it maintains the following, provide to AerCo, the Administrative Agent and the Cash Manager access to Servicer's management information storage and systems, provided that such reasonable access shall only be granted with respect to information related to the Aircraft Assets.
