Common use of Management Group Clause in Contracts

Management Group. ‌ The Management Group shall be proposed by the Coordinator. It shall be appointed by the General Assembly and shall assist and facilitate the work of the General Assembly. The Management Group shall provide assistance to the Coordinator for executing the decisions of the General Assembly. It shall be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Project.

It shall be appointed by the General Assembly Project Coordination Committee and shall assist and facilitate the work of the General Assembly. The Management Group shall provide assistance to Project Coordination Committee and the Project Coordinator for executing the decisions of the General Assembly. It shall be responsible for Assembly as well as the day-to-day management of the Project.
