MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. It is understood that the Employer may bring forward at any meeting held with the Association Committee any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Association, its officers or members, and that if such complaint by the Employer is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the two (2) parties, it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way as a grievance of an employee.
