Common use of MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. It is understood that the Management may at any time request a meeting with the Union Grievance Committee to discuss any complaint with respect to the conduct of the Union, its Officers or representatives, in its day-to-day relationship with the Company or non-Union employees and that, if such complaint by the Management is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties it may be treated as a grievance and referred to arbitration in the same way and to the same extent as the grievance of any employee.
