Common use of MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT GRIEVANCES. 8:01 It is understood that the Company may bring forward at any meeting held with the Joint Committee any complaint or grievance with respect to the conduct of the Union, its officers, committee people, or with respect to the conduct of the employees generally. If such a complaint or grievance is not settled to the mutual satisfaction of the conferring parties, it may be referred to arbitration in the manner provided for in the grievance procedure.
