Common use of Management Duties Clause in Contracts

Management Duties. In addition to the Disengagement Services, during the Disengagement Period the Manager will continue to perform such Management Duties as are requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will continue to pay the Fees, costs and expenses for such Management Duties during the Disengagement Period. During the Disengagement Period this Agreement will remain in force and, if purportedly terminated earlier, will only terminate at the end of the Disengagement Period.
