Management Conference. Leadership Council The Leadership Council is the main advisory body for APNEP and the Management Conference. It was established by a NC Governor’s Executive Order to advise, guide, evaluate and support the CCMP implementation process, advance the CCMP and its management actions, and to ensure the highest level of collaboration, coordination and cooperation among state and federal agencies, local governments, the public and various interest groups. The Leadership Council consults with the advisory committees and the APNEP Office for recommendations pertaining to implementation of CCMP actions at the regional and local levels, and the coordination and development of research and monitoring priorities. A major duty of the Leadership Council is to maintain the relevance of the CCMP and to make recommendations to address emerging issues that may affect the significant natural resources of the Albemarle-Pamlico estuarine system. The Leadership Council, in cooperation with the APNEP Office, develops an annual report, budget and work plan.

Management Conference. PDSC expects contract administrators, and any staff the administrator deems necessary, to attend a public defense management conference each year of the contract, whether the conference is sponsored by OCDLA, OPDS, or another Oregon State Bar approved provider. If the contract administrator is unable to attend, the Contractor agrees to contact the assigned contract analyst to discuss alternative options so that the community served by that provider is not without representation at a public defense management conference.

Management Conference. Contractor’s administrator or administrator’s designee shall attend an educational conference on the topic of public defense management each year one is sponsored by either the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Office of Public Defense Services (OPDS) or another sponsor approved by PDSC. If no representative of Contractor is available to attend such a conference, Contractor will make arrangements, in consultation with the assigned OPDS contract analyst to ensure that the community served by Contractor is represented at such a management conference.

  • Parent Conferences A. 1. Elementary and exceptional education schools shall be dismissed early a minimum of four (4) half days during the school year to grant teachers time for parent-teacher conferences.

  • Informal Conference Prior to the filing of a grievance, in an effort to resolve the issue(s), the grievant shall make reasonable attempts to initiate / discuss or an attempt to initiate / discuss the issue(s) informally with the grievant’s Principal or Supervisor.

  • Evaluation Conference The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term.   • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Section 1. Upon written request by either Party, a pre-job conference will be held prior to the time the Employees of such Employer begin work on the project.

Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE A required pre-bid conference is held for vendors planning to submit proposals. The conference agenda items include the following:  Bid packet terms and conditions.  Line item specification review.  Scope of work.  Delivery parameters.  Award criteria.  Addendums.  Proposal response requirements.  Questions and answers.

  • Attendance at Conferences and Conventions (a) The parties to this Agreement recognize that attendance or participation at conferences, conventions, symposia, workshops and other gatherings of a similar nature contributes to the maintenance of high professional standards.
