Common use of MANAGEMENT CHARGE Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of same, the Supplier shall pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with Clause FW-9.

MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier shall Provider agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with this Clause FW-919.

MANAGEMENT CHARGE. In consideration of the establishment and award of this Framework Agreement and the management and administration by the Authority of the same, the Supplier shall agrees to pay to the Authority the Management Charge in accordance with the rest of this Clause FW-938 and Framework Schedule 3 (Charging Structure).
