Common use of Management Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Management Arrangements. Subject to Section 1.7 hereof, Parent shall, at the direction of the Requisite Investors, negotiate and cause to be entered into definitive agreements with members of management of the Company with respect to the terms of management’s employment, compensation, rollover equity and equity incentives.
