Common use of MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS. 5.1 The Authority appoints ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Project Leader Foresight Team, ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ email: ▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ (or such other person as is notified by the Authority to the Contractor in writing) to be the Authority’s Contract Manager. 5.2 The Contractor appoints Merlin (or such other person as is notified by the Contractor to the Authority in writing) to be the Contractor’s Contract Manager. 5.3 The parties’ respective Contract Managers shall meet as often as either the Contractor or the Authority may reasonably require, to review the performance of this Contract.
