The state must provide the CAHPS survey, outcomes of any focused studies conducted and what the state intends to do with the results of the focused study, outcomes of any reviews or interviews related to measurement of any disparities by racial or ethnic groups, annual summary of network adequacy by plan including an assessment of the provider network pre and post implementation and MCO compliance with provider 24/7 availability, summary of outcomes of any on-site reviews including EQRO, financial, or other types of reviews conducted by the state or a contractor of the state, summary of performance improvement projects being conducted by the state and any outcomes associated with the interventions, outcomes of performance measure monitoring, summary of plan financial performance; and

  • Child Abuse Reporting Requirements A. Grantees shall comply with child abuse and neglect reporting requirements in Texas Family Code Chapter 261. This section is in addition to and does not supersede any other legal obligation of the Grantee to report child abuse.

  • Data Encryption Contractor must encrypt all State data at rest and in transit, in compliance with FIPS Publication 140-2 or applicable law, regulation or rule, whichever is a higher standard. All encryption keys must be unique to State data. Contractor will secure and protect all encryption keys to State data.   • CHILD ABUSE REPORTING CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to annually train all staff members, including volunteers, so that they are familiar with and agree to adhere to its own child and dependent adult abuse reporting obligations and procedures as specified in California Penal Code section 11165.7, AB 1432, and Education Code 44691. To protect the privacy rights of all parties involved (i.e., reporter, child and alleged abuser), reports will remain confidential as required by law and professional ethical mandates. A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall be submitted to the LEA.
