Common use of Make available Clause in Contracts

Make available. The Lessee shall provide to the Lessor: (a) Prior to the Anniversary: prior to each anniversary of the issue of the compliance schedule a copy of the compliance schedule together with any written reports relating to compliance with the compliance schedule; and
