Common use of Majority Consent Clause in Contracts

Majority Consent. Subject to Section 21.16(a), any waiver of or any amendment to any provision of the Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facility and any action, consent or other determination in connection with the Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facility will bind all of the Lenders under the Credit Facility if such waiver, amendment, action, consent or other determination is agreed to in writing by the Majority Lenders.

Majority Consent. Subject to Section 21.16(a17.17(a), any waiver of or any amendment to any provision of the Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facility and any action, consent or other determination in connection with the Documents as they pertain to the Credit Facility will bind all of the Lenders under the Credit Facility if such waiver, amendment, action, consent or other determination is agreed to in writing by the Majority Lenders.
