Common use of Major Customers Clause in Contracts

Major Customers. Schedule 4.14.(a) contains a list of the ten (10) largest customers of the Business for each of the two (2) most recent fiscal years (determined on the basis of the total dollar amount of net sales). Officers of the Company have no knowledge or information of any facts indicating that any of the customers listed on Schedule 4.14.(a) will not continue to be customers of the Business after the Closing.
