Major Customers and Suppliers. Schedule 5.25 contains a complete and correct list of (a) the 10 largest customers of the Company as a whole (based on volume in dollars of sales for calendar year 2014), together with the volume in dollars of sales made to such customers for such periods, and (b) the 10 largest suppliers to the Company as a whole (based on volume in dollars of purchases for calendar year 2014), together with the volume in dollars of purchases made from such suppliers for such periods. As of the date hereof, the Company has not received written or, to the Knowledge of the Seller, other notice from any such customer or supplier stating that such customer or supplier intends to cease purchasing from, or selling to, the Company or materially alter the amount of such purchases or sales.
