Common use of Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance. All costs for maintaining, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas [including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartment) walls of the Said Block/Building] and the road network, STP etc.

Maintenance. All costs for maintaining, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas Portions [including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartmentUnit) walls of the Said Block/Building] and the road network, STP etcSaid Complex].

All costs for maintaining, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas [Portions at the Block level and/or the Said Complex level, including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartmentUnit) walls of the Said Block/Building] and the road network, STP etcBlocks.

Maintenance. All costs for maintaining, operating, replacing, repairing, white-white- washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas Portions [including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartmentUnit) walls of the Said Block/Building] and the road network, STP etcSaid Complex].

Maintenance. All costs and expenses for maintaining, cleaning, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-re- constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas [& Installations of the Premises, including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartmentUnit) walls of the Said Block/Building] , and in particular the road network, STP etctop roof (only to the extent of leakage and drainage to the upper floors).

Maintenance. All costs and expenses for maintaining, cleaning, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-re- decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas [& Installations of the Premises, including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartmentUnit) walls of the Said Block/Building] , and in particular the road network, STP etctop roof (only to the extent of leakage and drainage to the upper floors).

Maintenance. All costs for maintaining, cleaning, operating, replacing, repairing, white-washing, painting, decorating, re-decorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the Common Areas [& Installations of the Premises, including the exterior or interior (but not inside any apartmentUnit) walls of the Said Block/Building] Buildings, and in particular the road network, STP etctop roof (only to the extent of leakage and drainage to the upper floors).

Maintenance.
