Maintenance Systems Sample Clauses

The Maintenance Systems clause outlines the requirements and procedures for maintaining equipment, facilities, or systems covered by the agreement. It typically specifies the standards for upkeep, the frequency of inspections or servicing, and the responsibilities of each party regarding repairs and preventive maintenance. By clearly defining these obligations, the clause helps ensure that assets remain in good working order, minimizing downtime and reducing the risk of disputes over maintenance responsibilities.
