Common use of Maintenance Period Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Period. Upon expiration of the Warranty Period and at Client’s option, Designer will provide Support Services for the following Months covered by Maintenance months (the “Maintenance Period”) for a monthly fee of $150 OR Designer’s hourly fees of $129 per hour. The parties may extend the Maintenance Period beyond one year upon mutual written agreement.
