Common use of Maintenance Outages Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Outages. When the circumstances warrant a Maintenance Outage, the Company shall inform the Control Centre of such circumstances and the proposed commencement and estimated duration of Maintenance Outage. The Control Centre shall grant the Company the right to schedule and conduct such Maintenance Outage at a time acceptable to the Parties. The decision of the Control Centre with regard to scheduling of Maintenance Outages shall be final.
