Common use of Maintenance Manual Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Manual. 17.3.1 No later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with Independent Expert, evolve a repair and maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, Maintenance Requirements, Safety Requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority and 2 (two) copies to the Independent Expert. The Maintenance Manual shall be revised and updated once every 3 (three) years and the provisions of this Clause 17.3 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision.
