Common use of Maintenance Garage Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Garage. 2.01.1 Garage Sign-ups Lists will be posted annually (or more often) permitting choice of shifts on a seniority basis, competency considered. The wages of four (4) Union Representatives will be paid by the Employer for the purpose of participating in and operating duty sign-ups. The basis of payment for the Representatives will be seven and one- half (7 1/2) hours at straight-time.
