The Maintenance Division clause defines how responsibilities for maintaining certain assets, equipment, or property are allocated between parties in an agreement. Maintenance Helpers B and Maintenance Helpers A who fail to meet the requirements of the Program will be transferred to another Division or terminated as determined by the Company. The Company agrees that it will not act unreasonably in the administration of the Program and will meet with the Union to discuss problems relating to the program. Mechanic Helpers in the Mechanic Training Program making satisfactory progress shall receive, in addition to the Helper rate and any applicable shift differential, an achievement training differential of $.25 per hour after completing 50% of the ‘general” portion and an additional $.25 per hour after completing 100% of the “general” portion of the program.
