Maintenance Agreements. These are formal written agreements where a landowner agrees to maintain, at their cost and to our specifications, the vegetation in the right-of-way. Contractor crews will be notified of these locations, and they are not to cut or spray the brush within the ROW corridor. The Contractor will still perform all edge and screen work, but no herbicide is to be used by the Contractor.
