Maintenance Agency. The Promoter may appoint one or more agencies or persons (“Maintenance Agency/Company”) to look after the acts relating to the purposes of managing maintaining up-keeping and security at the Project and in particular the Common Areas, Parking Spaces and facilities, amenities and Specifications, rendition of common services in common to the other Occupants and, collection and disbursement of the Common Expenses and dealing with the matters of common interest of the other Occupants and relating to their mutual rights and obligations for the beneficial use and enjoyment of their respective Apartments exclusively and the Common Areas of the Project and General Common Elements in common (“Common Purposes”) on such terms and conditions as it deems fit and proper. The Maintenance Agency may appoint professional facility management agencies or persons for conducting the day to day affairs as it may deem fit and proper. The fees and costs for such Maintenance Agency shall be proportionately borne and paid by the Allottee.
