maintenan. Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to: (i) do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its corporate existence, and its rights and franchises; (ii) at all times maintain, preserve and protect all of its patents, trademarks and trade names, and preserve all the remainder of its material assets, in use or useful in the conduct of its business and keep the same in good repair, working order and condition (taking into consideration ordinary wear and tear) and from time to time make, or cause to be made, all needful and proper repairs, renewals and replacements, betterments and improvements thereto consistent with industry practices; provided, however, that Company shall not be required to register trademarks or pursue litigation if it reasonably determines that the cost thereof would outweigh the benefits; and (iii) continue to conduct only a trucking business and businesses related to the business that Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in on the date hereof.
