NW shall be responsible for maintaining the registration of the Contracts with the SEC and any state securities regulatory authority with which such registration is required, and for gaining and maintaining approval of the Contract forms where required under the insurance laws and regulations of each state or other jurisdiction in which the Contracts are to be offered.
