Common use of Maintain Records Clause in Contracts

Maintain Records. The LFC will, at all times, use reasonable endeavours to maintain, store and archive up to date, accurate and complete records of all invoices, reports, Services ordered and supplied, operating processes and procedures and other records relating to its performance under this Agreement.
