Maintain Operations. The Concessionaire shall maintain operation of the Project and shall operate the Project in a reasonable and prudent manner and shall maintain the Project in good repair, working order and condition and in accordance with the ARCA. The Concessionaire shall, at all times do or cause to be done all things necessary to obtain, preserve, renew, extend and keep in full force and effect the rights, licenses, permits, franchises and authorizations material to the conduct of its business, and comply in all material respects with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, decrees, judgments or administrative decisions, whether now in effect or hereafter enacted, of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the Concessionaire or its assets or operations (including, without limitation, the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 X.X.X. §0000 et seq.) and all other federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations, orders, decrees, judgments and administrative decisions relating to the environment, the preservation or reclamation of natural resources, the management, release or threatened release of any hazardous material or to health and safety matters).
