Common use of Maintain Business Clause in Contracts

Maintain Business. Borrower shall maintain in full force and effect all licenses, permits, authorizations, bonds, franchises and other rights necessary or desirable to the profitable conduct of its business, shall continue in, and limit its operations to, the same general lines of business as are presently conducted and shall comply with all applicable laws, orders, regulations and ordinances of all governmental authorities, and, if a corporation or partnership, shall maintain its corporate or partnership existence;

Borrower shall maintain in full force and effect all licensesagreements, permitsrights, authorizationstrademarks, bondspatents and licenses necessary to carry out its business in its reasonable business judgment, franchises and other rights necessary or desirable to the profitable conduct shall keep all of its businessassets and properties in good condition and repair, shall continue inordinary wear and tear excepted, and limit shall make all needed and proper repairs and improvements to its operations to, the same general lines of properties in order to properly conduct its business as are presently conducted and shall comply with all applicable laws, orders, regulations and ordinances of all governmental authorities, and, if a corporation or partnership, shall maintain in its corporate or partnership existence;reasonable business judgment.
