Mail-In/Carry. In Service - We will provide You with all the information and directions necessary to complete such servicing. NOTE: for Mail-In or Carry-In Service, You are responsible for transporting or shipping Your impaired Covered Product to and from the authorized servicing centre at Your expense. In the event the impaired Covered Product needs to be then shipped to another authorized location, We will pay for the shipping costs to and from such authorized location. IF WE AUTHORIZE SERVICE FOR A CLAIM ON YOUR COVERED PRODUCT, AND IT IS THEN DETERMINED BY OUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRE/TECHNICIAN TO BE EXCLUDED UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR RESULTS IN A “NO PROBLEM FOUND” DIAGNOSIS, YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS.   • Physical Fitness Program 42.1 The Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee consisting of four (4) members, two (2) appointed by the Chief of Department and two (2) appointed by the Union shall develop a physical fitness program for the Department to maintain and improve the health and fitness of members and reduce injuries. The employees appointed by the Union shall receive reasonable time off without loss of compensation or other benefits for the purpose of participating in meetings of the Joint Labor/Management Physical Fitness Committee.
