Mail Facilities and Mail Boxes. 6.07 The Association shall have the right to use the inter-school mail facilities and school mail boxes as it deems necessary and without the approval of building principals or other members of the administration.

Further, said mailboxes shall not be used to distribute any materials, which can be construed as campaign material, reflecting issues related to political campaigns or activities in connection therewith, or in connection with any activity which is intended to or which would disrupt normal school operations. All material distributed shall bear the name of the Association.
