Follow the Ministry of Skills Development, Regulation ELECTRICIAN: BASIC WORK TRAINING SCHEDULE The following basic work schedule, which covers the major processes and approximate hours, is general and is to be used as a guide only in the determination of the actual schedule for each apprentice. The work processes and the number of hours to be served in each case will depend upon the facilities and operating conditions at this location, taking advantage of every opportunity to give training on all equipment and work performed. Follow the Ministry of Skills Development, Ontario Regulation 18/86. GRADUATED SCALE OF WAGES Each apprentice, provided maintains satisfactory progress, shall receive a basic hourly rate in accordance with the following schedule. The hour period shall be divided into (8) equal periods of hours each. MACHINIST. 1110 (50070781) An employee who is a journeyperson, is qualified to perform precision work with all types of machine tools, and who performs such work in connection with the repair and maintenance of automotive and other equipment. Background of experience must be such that they can perform these duties with skill and efficiency.
MACHINIST. Programs, sets up and operates different major types of machine shop equipment including lathes, planners, milling, turning and boring machines. Lays out own work, responsible for performing all machine operations necessary to complete assigned job, in the production of parts, fitting of parts, tools and components wherein they must operate xxxxx, lathes, drill presses and shapers. Selects tools, speeds and feeds. Works from drawings, engineering orders, sketches or verbal instructions. Uses a wide variety of precision measuring instruments. Such as scales, micrometer, verniers, gauges, squares, indicators, etc. Plans work for the best sequence of operations. May operate any standard machine tool within their capabilities, including grinders. Uses shop mathematics. Works to blueprints, schematic drawings, Machinist’s handbook and other like information. Knowledge of machine shop practice, feeds, tooling, working qualities of metals required. Adapts to new methods, processes, material and equipment.

MACHINIST. It is understood that the existing job classifications of Mould Maker and General Xxxxxxxxx will continue during the life of the current Collective Agreement. However, any employee in either classification may do work in the other classification provided they are competent to perform the work. During the life of this agreement, the Mould Makers who are interested in training as machinist will inform the Company of their interest. All Mould Shop apprentices will be required to complete a General Machinist apprenticeship program. Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship program they shall be classified as Mould Makers. It is further understood that upon completion of their apprenticeship program they will work in both job classifications. If on any given day a skilled trade employee in the Mould Shop is working in either the General Machinist or Mould Maker classification, the employee will be entitled to the overtime if needed to complete his assigned job.

  • Ambulance Services Ground Ambulance This plan covers local professional or municipal ground ambulance services when it is medically necessary to use these services, rather than any other form of transportation as required under R.I. General Law § 27-20-55. Examples include but are not limited to the following: • from a hospital to a home, a skilled nursing facility, or a rehabilitation facility after being discharged as an inpatient; • to the closest available hospital emergency room in an emergency situation; or • from a physician’s office to an emergency room. Our allowance for ground ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided. Air and Water Ambulance This plan covers air and water ambulance services when: • the time needed to move a patient by land, or the instability of transportation by land, may threaten a patient’s condition or survival; or • if the proper equipment needed to treat the patient is not available from a ground ambulance. The patient must be transported to the nearest facility where the required services can be performed and the type of physician needed to treat the patient’s condition is available. Our allowance for the air or water ambulance includes the services rendered by an emergency medical technician or paramedic, as well as any drugs, supplies and cardiac monitoring provided.

  • Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Contracting Officer must receive Purchaser’s written request for a market-related contract term addition before the expiration of this contract. No more than 3 years shall be added to a contract's term by market-related contract term addition unless the following conditions are met:

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

  • Grooming The parties agree that the agency shall have the right to set reasonable and professional grooming standards for its employees. The agency and state agree to consult with the Association in the development of said grooming standards.
