Machine Readable Information Sample Clauses

The "Machine Readable Information" clause defines requirements for providing data or documents in a format that can be automatically processed by computers. Typically, this means that information must be delivered in structured formats such as XML, JSON, or CSV, rather than as unstructured text or images. This clause ensures that parties can efficiently use, analyze, or transfer information without manual re-entry or conversion, thereby reducing errors and streamlining data integration between systems.
