Vendor acknowledges that it is familiar with the requirements of the Board's “Remedial Program for Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise Participation in Goods and Services Contracts” (“Remedial Plan”), which is incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Vendor agrees to adhere to the minimum participation goals and to all other applicable MBE/WBE requirements as set forth in the plan.
