Common use of Lunch Period Clause in Contracts

Lunch Period. Any employee covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four (4) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (1) hour, nor less than one-half (1/2) hour, and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the midpoint of each work shift.

Lunch Period. 6.5.1 Any employee covered by this Agreement shall be entitled to an uninterrupted uninterrupted, unpaid lunch period after the employee has been on duty for four five (45) hours. The length of time for such lunch period shall be for a period of no longer than one (1) hour, nor or less than one-half (1/2½) hour, and shall be scheduled for full-time employees at or about the midpoint of each work shift.
