Common use of Lunch Hours Clause in Contracts

Lunch Hours. Each regular full-time employee or any employee working eight (8) hours in one (1) workday shall have one (1) uninterrupted hour lunch period per day. Employees who are scheduled to work for six (6) hours or more in one (1) workday shall have one-half hour of an uninterrupted lunch period after not more than four (4) hours of work.

Lunch Hours. Each regular full-time employee or any employee working eight (8) consecutive hours in one (1) workday shall have one (1) uninterrupted hour thirty (30) minute, interruptible, paid lunch period per day. Employees who are scheduled break, to work for six be taken on campus, or an employee working ten (610) consecutive hours or more in one (1) workday shall have oneone (1) forty-half hour of an uninterrupted five (45) minute paid lunch period after not more than four (4) hours of workbreak on-campus. The employee is required to respond to emergencies.
