Lump Sum Architect/Engineering Fee. 2.1.1 The Owner agrees to pay the A/E as compensation for its services as described in Article 3 the amount of $ 75,000.00 (the “A/E Fee”) to be paid per Article 8, which is comprised of the following: Program Assessment Services OCI Associates (Prime/MEP) $30,000.00 Architectural $25,000.00 Building Envelope $20,000.00 $75,000.00 Civil $ Landscaping $ Permitting $ Surveys $ CRM/SPECS $ FLEET/LCCA $ Acoustical $ Food Service $ 2.2.1 Any additional services beyond the Scope of Work as described in Article 4 and authorized by the Owner in accordance with the Agreement (“Other Additional Services”) are to be paid as mutually agreed between the A/E and the Owner by lump sum or a multiple of payroll costs.
