LUMINAIRES. LED luminaires shall be used in all locations unless otherwise agreed by the Network Lighting manager. LED luminaires shall have integral dimming as standard set to reduce the output at times to be agreed with the Network Lighting Manager, luminaires shall be suitable for use with a specified CMS system and in all instances the luminaire shall be able to accommodate a complete range of mini cell, node and control gear. Particular attention is drawn to the use of Dimmable LED luminaires at conflict areas as defined by BS5489-1:2013, dimming levels are to be subject to approval of the Network Lighting Manager. The aluminium body and LED driver compartment shall be rated at IP66, a complete choice of optics shall be available as standard, the body shall be manufactured from die cast aluminium and be painted Grey. The luminaire body shall be so designed to disperse excess heat produced by the operation of the lantern so as to maintain the output and life of the LED’s. All LED luinaires shall be suitable for post top or side entry mounting, two locking screws shall be fitted as standard. Where circumstances dictate other luminaires may be considered for use with the approval of the Network Lighting Manager all such luminaires shall have a complete Manufactures Specification and Photometric data available as standard. Decorative luminaires will only be considered if LED’s and optic control is fitted as standard, the Network Lighting Manager may attach additional conditions to their use which may or may not be identified in this Specification.

LUMINAIRES. Tenderers shall allow for all luminaires listed in the Schedules and shown on the drawings. When the term “similar and equivalent” is not used in the specification. The tenderers shall have no choice but to install the specific Luminaires as specified. All luminaries shall be complete with lamps, indicator lamps, ballasts, chokes, control gear and all other accessories required to make the luminaries fully operative. All luminaries shall be equipped with an earth terminal and shall be properly earthed. The Contractor shall be responsible for the purchasing, taking delivery, storing, installation, aiming, adjustment, testing and commissioning of all luminaries specified including all necessary mounting accessories, bracket, poles, stirrups, base plates, etc. and including any necessary excavation and backfilling. The internal wiring shall consist of flexible stranded copper conductors of not less than 0.5 mm² with suitable heat-resisting insulation to SABS 529. A terminal block shall be fitted to each luminaire. Luminaires shall not cause radio or television interference in accordance with Posts and Telecommunications requirements. Luminaires shall be designed to prevent excessive temperatures and components and materials shall be selected so that they are not adversely affected by the operating temperature. The voltage rating and lamp wattage shall be clearly and indelibly marked on control gear. Ballasts shall be power factor corrected to at least 0,85 lagging and shall have a minimum circuit efficiency of 0,85. Capacitors shall comply with SABS 1250 : 1979. Ballasts shall be silent in operation. Noise level reports, prepared by an accredited laboratory, shall be submitted for approval to the Engineer on request. The wattage and type of lamp suitable for use in the luminaire shall be clearly marked on the base of the luminaire close to the lampholder. For incandescent luminaries, the maximum wattage of the lamp shall apply. The contractor shall submit details of the luminaries, including photometric data, to the Engineer for approval on request. The contractor is to note that in the case of board and acoustic tile ceilings, i.e. as opposed to concrete slabs, close co-operation with the Building Contractor is necessary to ensure that as far as possible, the luminaries are symmetrically positioned with regard to the ceiling pattern. Penggunaan tanah masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx untuk keperluan usaha perkebunan PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut. Perjanjian yang diadakan antara PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dengan masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx adalah perjanjian penggunaan tanah untuk keperluan usaha, yang dituangkan dalam surat perjanjian. Dalam perjanjian yang diadakan, ditentukan xxx xxx kewajiban masing-masing pihak, umumnya hak dari pihak PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dapat menggunakan tanah milik masyrakat adat untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunannya hingga jangka waktu yang ditentukan dengan kewajiban membayar sejumlah harga dari hasil perkebunan yang dilakukan xxx mengembalikan pengelolaan tanah tersebut kepada xxxxx masyarakat adat pada saat berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian. Sedangkan hak masyarakat adat selaku pemilik tanah selain mendapatkan bagian hasil perkebunan juga mendapatkan tanahnya kembali setelah berakhirnya perjanjian. Dikarenakan penggunaan tanah untuk usaha perkebunan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, maka banyak terjadi perubahan- perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian yang kadangkala tidak diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat, sehingga merugikan xxxxx masyarakat itu sendiri. Dengan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian tanpa diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx, timbulah berbagai permasalahan berupa :

Procedures include but are not limited to: • Rapid Palatal Expansion (RPE); • Placement of component parts (e.g. brackets, bands); • Interceptive orthodontic treatment; • Comprehensive orthodontic treatment (during which orthodontic appliances are placed for active treatment and periodically adjusted); • Removable appliance therapy; and • Orthodontic retention (removal of appliances, construction and placement of retainers).
